Although he is not a widely known figure in general history, Vla\u0161i\u0107 left his mark on the local political scene in Dalmatia with his work and contribution. Born in 1892 in a poor family in Tisno, he gained a great reputation in judicial circles and Croatian politics.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f70609 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8f70609\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>His legal education and expertise helped him to assert himself in political life, where he represented the ideas of social justice and the rights of the peasants. The Croatian Peasant Party advocated for a better position of the peasantry, farmers and rural population, and Vla\u0161i\u0107 played a role in implementing these ideas at the local level. His election as mayor of \u0160ibenik in 1925 was a sign of the local community's support for his views and work. Known for his patriotism, modesty and dedication to work, he became the most popular politician in \u0160ibenik.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9daefd0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9daefd0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span>His commitment to peasants, to whom he often provided free legal aid, was highlighted at the commemoration held by Branko Pavlov. Vla\u0161i\u0107's death caused sadness in Zagreb, where a day of mourning was declared, and thousands of people gathered for the funeral. In 1936, a monumentm was built in Tisno in honor of his contribution. After 87 years, the monument was restored thanks to Vihor Ku\u0161pili\u0107, his grandson, and returned to the place where it still bears witness to Vla\u0161i\u0107's humanism and patriotism. Pavlov emphasized that the monument not only celebrates Vla\u0161i\u0107, but also the spirit of the people from which it originated.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \u0160ibenika i \u010dlan Hrvatske selja\u010dke stranke (HSS). Iako nije \u0161iroko poznata li\u010dnost u op\u0107oj povijesti, Vla\u0161i\u0107 je svojim radom i doprinosom ostavio trag na lokalnoj politi\u010dkoj sceni u Dalmaciji. Ro\u0111en 1892. godine u siroma\u0161noj obitelji u Tisnom, stekao je veliki ugled u pravosudnim krugovima i hrvatskoj politici. Njegovo pravno obrazovanje i stru\u010dnost pomogli su mu da se afirmira i u politi\u010dkom \u017eivotu, gdje je zastupao ideje socijalne pravde i prava selja\u0161tva. Hrvatska selja\u010dka stranka se zalagala za bolji polo\u017eaj selja\u0161tva, zemljoradnika i ruralnog stanovni\u0161tva, a Vla\u0161i\u0107 je igrao ulogu u provo\u0111enju tih ideja na lokalnoj razini. Njegov izbor za gradona\u010delnika \u0160ibenika 1925. godine bio je znak podr\u0161ke lokalne zajednice njegovim stavovima i radom. Poznat po svom domoljublju, skromnosti i predanosti radu, postao je najpopularniji politi\u010dar \u0160ibenika. Njegova predanost siroma\u0161nim seljacima, kojima je \u010desto besplatno pru\u017eao pravnu pomo\u0107, bila je istaknuta na komemoraciji koju je odr\u017eao Branko Pavlov.
