From Argonauta for Tisno 2022.
You know the saying "if it's not online, it's like it doesn't exist"?
Guided by her, we decided to digitize the Tišnjan heritage, more precisely the archaeological site next to the church of St. Martin on Ivinje. This archaeological site is located next to the church of St. Martin at the bottom of the Pirovački canal, records the continuity of the population from the 1st to the 13th century and is one of the most valuable archaeological sites in Dalmatia. After the conducted research and excavations and compliance with the conservator's guidelines, the site was included in the Register of Cultural Properties of the Republic of Croatia and declared a protected cultural property. In 2013, the Municipality of Tisno "completed the story" by opening the Archaeological Collection of St. Martin.
Although it is located in a place with high traffic, due to the lack of proper signage and lack of information, the locality is unknown to most tourists and visitors, and the local population rarely knows the real value of the locality.
In order to contribute to the valorization of this locality, we decided to create a website in order to finally gather in one place all the materials related to this site and to make the locality more present among the community. Consequently, the level of awareness of the significance of this archaeological site would be raised among the resident population, and then also among tourists and visitors.

Goals:
The short-term goal is to present all the natural and cultural heritage associated with the locality on the web platform and social networks. The long-term goal is the structured and planned valorization of the cultural and natural heritage of Tisno for the purpose of protecting and preserving the traditional and environmental heritage for future generations and using it in the tourist offer.
